Capital Dynasty is the brainchild of Dr. Daa'iyah Cooper. She is a physician and educator by formal education and training. Its been over a decade since she got her first taste of the American dream of homeownership. Just four years later, in 2015, she began her journey as a landlord. Since then, she has grown a portfolio of several investment properties which include short and long term rentals acquired through traditional financing as well as creative financing. Over the years, Dr. Cooper has invested time, money, blood, sweat, and tears into learning the best strategies to build wealth, particularly through real estate.
